1. Screening: Pass the rice bran through a 30-mesh sieve to remove broken rice and other impurities to prevent the broken rice from gelatinizing and becoming sticky and sticking together with the rice bran during the baking process, which will cause blockage of the oil circuit during mechanical pressing of oil and reduce the oil yield. .

2. Mixing coarse bran: Mixing coarse bran will help clear the oil path, increase the pressing chamber pressure, shorten the pressing time, and increase the oil yield. However, it should be noted that the general amount of coarse bran added is 10% to 15% of the amount of rice bran.

3. Baking and frying: Rice bran oil equipment needs to mix the oil and protein in the rice bran into colloid and store it in the oil-containing cells. During steaming and frying, the protein is allowed to solidify and the fat is separated. When frying in a pan, the thickness of the filling should be about 13mm to avoid charging too little and causing the material in the center of the pot to burn. After the rice bran has evaporated a lot of water, fry it over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes in each pot. The frying temperature is controlled at 125 to 130°C. When the dough is fried until it is dark yellow and does not stick to your hands and does not form a ball, stir the oil residue precipitated from the crude oil.

4. Mix the slag: After mixing the slag, you need to stir-fry it for a few more minutes before it can be taken out of the pot. The speed should be fast. Try to get it out within 22 minutes without leaving any blank or coking. At the same time, you must ensure that the rice bran is cooked well when it comes out of the pot. The temperature is 100~105℃, and the moisture content is 1%~2%.
