Rice bran pretreatment workshop is the basic process of rice bran oil processing machine, mainly prepare for rice bran oil solvent extraction section. There are 2 rice bran oil extraction processes, pressing and solvent extraction: In general, pressing is used in small-scale rice bran oil extraction, while solvent extraction is always used in industrial rice bran oil extraction process. For larger capacities, the rice bran oil pretreatment and pre-pressing machine is used for pre-pressing where the initial oil is extracted mechanically. Then pre-pressed cake is sent to the rice bran solvent extraction plant. Finally, the crude rice bran oil is be sent to oil refining workshop.
