Preliminary preparations for rice bran oil production

Main production process of rice bran oil
1) Cleaning and pretreatment
The cleaning system of Huatai Oil Machinery uses a multi-layer vibrating screen and a specific gravity stone remover to effectively remove rice husk fragments, dust and other impurities in rice bran, ensuring that the purity of the raw material reaches more than 99.5%.
2) Stabilization treatment (key step)
Rice bran contains highly active lipase, which is very easy to cause rancidity. Huatai’s patented “rice bran stabilization system” inactivates lipase through low-temperature heat treatment (60-70℃) and moisture adjustment, and controls the acid value growth within 0.5mgKOH/g·day.
3) Rice bran oil solvent extraction process:

4) Rice bran oil refining process
