There are four main sections to extract rice bran oil: rice bran pretreatment section, rice bran oil extraction section, rice bran oil refinery section and rice bran oil dewaxing section.
You can extract the crude rice bran oil either by mechanical method with oil presses or by chemical method with solvent.
We can offer whole line of oil refinery plant for different capacity. Different oil seeds need different processes to refine crude oil.
Send the pretreated rice bran into solvent extraction plant, use the solvent (normal hexane) to absorb the oil from rice bran, and then the machines separate the solvent from the oil, the solvent used for recycling and the crude rice bran oil goes into refining plant.
Rice bran expansion pretreatment machine will change the shape and structure of rice bran through non-isometric and nonstandard screw system of extruder.
