Description: Rice bran pretreatment, rice bran oil extraction and refining machine projects is a type of high efficiency rice bran oil processing machine which successfully turns waste rice bran raw material into healthy rice bran oil with low production and high capacity. Section 1: Rice Bran Pretreatment and Extrusion
Rice Bran Receiving: Fresh rice bran from the rice mill enters the rice bran oil processing workshop via a scraper conveyor.
Cleaning: The rice bran passes through equipment such as vibrating screens and magnetic separators to remove broken rice, husks, stones, and metal impurities. The cleaning effect directly affects subsequent equipment and oil quality.
Conditioning and Softening: The cleaned rice bran enters a conditioning tank or softening pot. By adjusting the moisture content and temperature (usually heated to 60-70°C), it reaches the optimal physical state for extrusion, increasing the oil yield.
Extrusion: This is the core of rice bran pretreatment process. The conditioned rice bran enters an extruder, where the cell structure is thoroughly destroyed under high temperature (110-130°C), high pressure, and high shear, releasing the oil.
Cooling and Drying: The high-temperature extruded material needs to be cooled by a cooler for safe storage and entry into the rice bran oil extractor.
Section 2: Rice Bran Oil Solvent Extraction
Solvent Extraction: The cooled, expanded rice bran enters the rice bran oil extractor, where it comes into countercurrent contact with a solvent (usually n-hexane). This extracts over 98% of the oil from rice bran, forming the miscella (a mixture of oil and solvent) and wet meal (defatted rice bran containing solvent).
Miscella Processing: The mixed oil undergoes filtration, evaporation, and stripping to completely separate the solvent, yielding crude rice bran oil.
Wet Meal Processing: The wet meal enters a steam descaling machine, where steam heating removes the solvent, resulting in qualified finished rice bran meal (a high-quality feed ingredient).
Solvent Recovery: All recovered solvent is condensed and recycled, resulting in extremely low loss.
Section 3: Rice Bran Oil Refining
The main process of rice bran oil refinery plant are: crude oil → degumming → deacidification → bleaching → filter → deodorization → dewaxing → refined oil.
Decoloring section is used to remove off pigments, bleaching oil and grease dehydrate;
Deodorizing section is used to remove off the odor components in oil;
Dewax is used to remove off the wax in oil, in order to get the high quality oil;
Heat transfer oil stove is supply each device production needing heat energy, temperature reach above 280 centigrade;
Steam generator provides the needing steam for deodoring and distillation;
Vacuum pump supplies vacuum for dehydrate, decolor, filter clay, filter out clear oil;
Air compressor blow dry bleached clay, blow empty the leftover oil in the press filter.
